Mobile Office is an application, which aims to provide a complete messaging solution on both WAP as well as Web interfaces. It includes E-mail, calendar, tasks, notes, forum, bookmarks, document folder and contacts. This application is made for those Dynamic WAP & SMS users who want to access their E-mails and Desktop.It is an application for providing messaging solutions along with managing appointments, events, meetings, notes, tasks, contacts, forum and bookmarks. It also provides features for checking of external POP3 account mails from this interface. An Administrator interface is also provided for creating, modifying or deleting users and managing mail servers. The application provides both a web interface as well as a WAP interface.

• E-Mail:
Facility to access both IMAP as well as POP3 mail accounts. The user can read,     compose, reply, forward and delete mails on the mail accounts. User has the flexibility to     check various mail accounts and can add, edit and delete these accounts.
• Calendar:
The user has a calendar with which he can schedule his calendar entries. The     types of entries available to him are Appointments, Meetings and Events. He can List,     Read, Delete, Modify and create new entries.
• Contacts:
The user can enter the list of contacts he has to maintain. He can list, read,     write, delete and modify these contacts.
• Tasks:
The user can enter the list of tasks he has to do along with their scheduled dates.     He can list, read, write, delete and modify these tasks.
• Notes:
The user can use the application also as a notepad where he can jot down small     notes for himself. The application allows the user to list, read, write, delete, modify and     forward notes by E-mail.
• Bookmarks:
The user also has the facility to maintain a list of bookmarks of URL's by     category. The bookmarks can be of web sites as well as WAP sites. The bookmarks are     of public categories as well as of the private categories of the user. User can list, view,     edit, delete his private categories and bookmarks and access the public bookmarks on a     read only basis.
• Forum:
The application also has the concept of a public forum where all users of the     application can create their own discussion threads and post and reply to messages in     them. Only the administrator can maintain the forum.
